Etherfast 10/100 5-Port Workgroup Switch
Here
is a test on both computers simultaneously downloading a image off of the test
site www.toast.net.
As you can see in the above tests that there is not a HUGE
difference in downloading from two different computers working off the switch.
One of them was .44 seconds faster.
The positives of having the Linksys-Etherfast 10/100 5-Port Workgroup Switch is that it is well designed for easy storage, it does not take up space. It makes hooking up to 5 computers easy with its auto detecting ports. And it will not affect your pocket book. There is really no negative to say about this switch other than I had to purchase it… :) so this is why I would have to give it a… MadnessPC Rating 95%
