Once the Monitor was completely setup and everything tweaked it seemed for the first day or two that the screen wasn’t “flat” but “concave”. You get use to this pretty fast so no worries.

The colors and sharpness were superior. I was amazed when I visited The Tech Zone and the orange “Hyperlinks” on the right of the website looked like they have been changed to a brighter orange.

The PF790 comes with a negative that comes with Trinitron flat screen tubes, that’s the two lines that run across the screen. Remember this is not a negative with only this monitor but all Trinitron flat screen tubes

There are 19” Flat screens that offer higher resolutions than the ViewSonic PF790 but you will have to question is it worth the extra money you will pay? Or is the quality the same as what comes with ViewSonic?

I recommend the ViewSonic PF790 to anyone looking for a 19” Flat Monitor. I think it’s hard to find another quality monitor that gives you what the PF790 gives you for the same price.
