Creating
a Masterpiece
The one problem I came across with the right side of the case is the huge hole someone cut out of it. To tell you the truth, it was really frustrating because it was holding my creative side back. Until Quantum explained to me that this hole was for a fan or something, I had thought that the gods were working against me. Now I knew why and I just had to work around this annoying obstacle. 
Cruella hard at work Starting to get there
Day one consisted of my painting the fill of the design with silver 1146 enamel paint from Testors. This paint is usually used as model paint (for cars of course), and we thought that this made the most sense. I let the paint dry over night and started the outline in gold 1144. After I started the outline, I realized that the silver was slightly transparent, and decided to give it another coat. I gave Quantum an estimated period of time for me to finish my project, which was a few days, and carried on. After I had thought that I was finished, I was told that I had to paint the other side too. WHAT? More work??? Fine, this is going to take longer than first expected. Okay, I admit…I can be a little on the procrastinating side, but it was starting to get ridiculous. It had already taken me two days to do half of one side, how long would it take me to finish the rest?
